hi guys some tings about ffxiv are worring me. i have seen the vidios from gameskon09 an the game seem very slow, an by slow i mean very slow. an on top of it u cant evn jump down a small ledge??? okej i taught they woud at lest have fixed this stupid mistakes btu it sems not. it is year 2010 soon n u cant evn jump down a small ledge lol wat. evn tough it was a alfaversion ny game shoud be able to have sharacters jump down a small ledge. ffxiv allready flopped before going relisd.

You are being extremely pessimistic.

Just because you watch a "video" online does not mean said company has even got the full extent of current game play. The game is still being BETA tested and with about a year until release there is so much more they can program and implement.

Also, stuff like jumping and swimming does not make a game. The material within a game makes the game, to be honest I could careless whether the game has jump or swim functions. I don't want SE copying WOW every step of the way, what I want to see is full PvE extensive battles, even a little PVP which has been made better than Ballista and the most important bit is storyline.

SE are known to make great stories within an RPG and even FFXI (whether they have implemented them well in all of them is another question), so the one thing I do know is FFXIV is going to have great story scenarios. There are lingering doubts with regards to what they can do with FFXIV considering there were major flaws with their first MMORPG but I am concentrating on the good they can bring a game not the bad.

i didnt rly mean jump litraly. more like walk down a vry small ledge. i undrstan if it is arouind places were you ar not supposd to go. but places were u can go jus that you hav to find the right path down is ridikulus.
