If your account has been frozen, it should say some kind of error message when you try to play. Can you post the complete error message?

Can't help you if you aren't really specific. When you try to log on, it will give you an error (ie- PoL 1556 or 001). As Dyire is asking, what would be the Error it's givin' you? Although from what I can make sense of, there's 2 possibilties. One of them being that your CC info in the account doesn't match the CC you have. That or your CC is about to expire, in which case it'd give you a warning on when it'll expire so you can go get it renewed.

Assuming you have enough funds on the CC, there's 2 questions: Are you on PC? If yes, have you had your CC verified? If not, that would likely be the culprit. If not, my only guess is not havin' enough funds. Not sure what else to end up sayin.

1st by answering the questions that were given:

1) Do you have enough funds in your bank account?
If not, that would likely be the answer.
If yes, please see Question 2

2) Is your card expired?
If yes, then card needs to be renewed.
If not, then ignore the question & proceed to question 3.

3) Do you play FFXI on PC?
If the answer is yes, there's a good chance your CC isn't verified with the CC verification that was put in place awhile go & needs to be verified. Provided it can be verified.
If you aren't playing XI on PC, then see question 1.

Provided you do have the funds, but don't play on PC, then I think you're SoL, as I'm not sure what else to tell you.

Edit: Saw your other post. Did you recall ever doing a chargeback on your CC at all by chance? best bet is to call SE in regards to the issue.

Wish I could give you a bit more info on that. Unfortunately I never had an issue in terms of my CC other than havin to renew it due to it being near it's expiration date. (That & I play on the ps2 ^^)
