hi guys, i'm leveling ranger, currently 47. Yesterday i went and killed Kegapunch something for a Frugal Cape. Now, i'm not sure if this is new or not. But i would like to hear opinions from more experienced Rangers, i mean saving some ammo, is always nice. I do macro in a Nomad's for ws, idk, the +1 agi would help i guess.

Maybe when i get better capes, like amemit+1 it won't be. but anyways, Opinions {Yes, Please}

My honest opinion... If you have other gear that can make up for the Damage and Accuracy that you're mission on Frugal Cape and you want to either save money or be efficient pretty much having this as extra ammo... Do it...

I have it too, the activation rate is low I would say 3-5% maybe. I'd say macro it in with other gear like Paddock Trousers and Scout's Beret when using status affliction arrows/bolts, or something you want to save a few gil during bs moment's where damage dosen't really matter like claiming HNM's or killing Placeholders.

Nomad's Mantle isn't really going to do all that much for you. I'd say use it til 61, then use amemat mantle +1 or god will kill a kitten :x

Since you're already lvl 47, just wait 3 lvls and get thunderer's mantle. Last I saw they are about 50,000 on Bismarck
