I have seen a problem with Nightingale/troubadour with soul voice, and I can't understand how it works.
I'm soul voicing, then casting on melee 2xMarch or 2xMinuet or mixing of two. Then going to cast ballad (II first & I in second) on mages. The pb proc here.
In my active song after 2xBallad I can see 1 of Ballad and 1 of melee song.
In looking of effects of my songs I can see specially mages have effect of Ballad 1only !
Is anyone have a good true ?
(sorry for my badly english)

This is not a problem with any of the buffs you mentioned but rather with the mechanics of songcasting in general.
Unless you have Gjallarhorn, any song you are likely to cast (March, Minuet, Madrigal, Prelude, Paeon, or even Carol) should have a +2 bonus to it from the appropriate instrument. Even in Assault areas with Storm Fife, however, you only have +1 to Ballad. The result is that the melee song you cast several seconds still has a longer duration than the Ballad you are trying to cast right now. Most Bards figure this out and I'm sure you're among them, but Nightingale makes songs cast fast enough that if you're trying to buff too quickly, you'll end up with this problem.
The good news is that it should only affect you as long as the mages are bright enough to stay out of range while you cast melee songs.

You know, I never really thought about it, but that same thing happens to me all the time lol.
Usually only when I NITRO with 1 minute left on soul voice, and have to hurry to buff melee, then mages in salvage bosses.
I usually just don't care that much since I don't use all my mp in most situations, and it was never a big worry as to why I was not getting both ballads.
Smart man you are path, smart man.
