i was just wondering if any notice that when you use Manifestation and aspir together the recast time jump up to 3min. becuase i am confused why that is, since Manifestation is only supose to double the recast timer and the normal recast timer is 60 sec.

Perhaps you had a significant slow effect on you? Or inversely, you could have had significant recast reduction gear + Haste and been weakened? Every time I have used it, I only have a 2 minute recast. I also use it quite frequently in some events.

im a lvl 56 sch hume most of my gear is RSE and AF with no negative time delays and i didnt have any bad status effects on me at the time. but ill try it again tonight again.

I don't ever remember the recast being like that unless it was AOE klimaform or having some slow on.

if you have spare charges you can stack alacrity on top of it, always fun when you can do that.
