Storm is 6 month established and now the smallest powerhouse on Pandy! Looking to add to its european time zone (9 AM - 10 PM GMT) memberbase we have a small but very active and social team and are looking for just six (6) more non "casual players", with at least 3 USEFULL (blm,rng, tank or other mage) jobs well merited - we have a very good claim rate for our size and wish to keep our team small to maximise returns to each member ^-
So if your looking for a small drama free shell to grow in and also have the chance to try new things like rdm/nin tanking or just make regular payouts (our highest is around 9 million a month), or maybe your still after an elusive HNM Item (We now have the HIGHEST E body count on the server at eight and counting - a more detailed Item list can be found here http://www.storm-ls....pic.php?f=3&t=4 ) then please check us out - REGISTER on our forums and send us an app!
We are currently looking at restarting dynamis and starting inhouse sea/limbus but currently are not looking at einherjhar as most of our members run with others.
im sure the competition on the server will all come here and try and trash this thread (they normally do ...) as they are kids and wish to kill any potential competition from ever reaching the server or Storm - all i will say is we have good and bad days like anyone else but have created something really special and something our members are proud to be part of while enjoying the spoils of being in a very active and small drama free LS ....

This LS is anything but "drama-free."
Izildur is one of the biggest drama queens I have ever encountered, and when coming from a drama whore like myself it actually carries weight.
This is the first LS I have seen time out to Ouryu with 18 People , 10+BLMs , a GHorn and an Aegis/Excal PLD
Izildur likes to come up with biased excuses to fully revoke paychecks, opens with "200k after first month", lots Dalmaticas/Ebodies for his mules, RMTs not one but 4 relic accounts and gets all banned just a few weeks later.
And to avoid any attempts at dodging by his highness, I am not on Pandemonium so I am no competition that is just looking to keep him small. (Which with him is by no means necessary)
There was plenty of other things but I just can't seem to think of them right now , so as this thread develops I might add in some more later on.

1. We timmed out on Ouryu when we 1st started and had afk members inside the bcnm - not our best moment...
2. Your information on pay is totally wrong, and depending on how late you join in the mth you may make just 500k as a "token" while your on your TRIAL ... the following mth i have members just fresh off of trial make 4-7 million
3. Please what 4 accounts did i rmt and then have stolen ??? please dont be silly and try to start rubbish... i bough 1 relic as a mule then sold it about 8 weeks later for a massive profit and just before the account re-sale market dip... so good timming.
4. We dont let ANY mules lot any gears - sorry you need to stop listening to propaganda

I have been in your LS so I know quite well what has been going on and what hasn't.
I've never said you had an account stolen I just said you RMTd a few. But good job on calling yourself out. (Kurall, Twinkle, Valinor bought by Izildur then stolen by an arab which then got all of those accounts banned)

Sounds like your "pal" didnt last long with us and did next to nothing and hence got an equal reward ! only people who look for something longterm and not "get rich quick" tend to stick with us past our "self selection" trial that ive found weeds out MANY idiots very successfully and again i have many members who have been paid and will also not agree with your limited understanding.
Again to serious prospects im 100 % expecting more ppl (mostly) from the competition on the server to come here and try kill this with drama and crap - as its the ONLY way they can stop us from growing even stronger on the server .... we are looking for JUST 6 individuals and look forward to hearing from you

You had your chance to take advice and listen to your previously closer friends, but you had to go completely mental and turn fully retarded. None of them spoke up when you gave your e-gf(he is married irl aswell and has kids, though not to her teehee) a Hauteclaire and fixing your and her points up to your favours, but there's limits and you've broken them many times.
Now there is one person from competition, one that trios more gil in a single week than your entire LS makes in a month and thus doesn't give a fuck and one person fully unrelated to anything you have ever done agreeing about how shitty you and your LS have become just in the first few posts.

hi nalien - sorry to hear you still sound raw man after we kicked you back in the early days for having mood swings and overzelous ideas on over nuking and almost MPKIng you team m8s repeatedly at events, and now it explains the ouryu insident the only event i let you manage and you managed to royaly fuck it up "Mr Angry" ... sorry the competitive LS you joined within hours of a kick also didnt "work out for you" and you left the server like a month or so later ... /comfort have a cookie @@. Um how can anyone fix a points system that is totally transparent to everyone daily ... please if anyone got items in this LS they made the points - period. Really one person trios 100 million in a week... yep well good for him that is really interesting news .... thanks.

Anyways on to my real point IG .... our last pay went 28 (full member) ways vs your 52 ways (almost DOUBLE) - and im also told by our banker our payout is 75 % of yours per "average member attendance" - Thank god i have someone who can really use excel well. our member pay is VERY FAIR and calculated on every FULL MEMBER getting an equal split of w/e they attend for the month so if you attend 100 mill for of events expect a nice reward of u attend 10 million of events expect less - and feel good knowing i wont take member farmed gils away to help fund my relic or any one elses like my competitors like to do....

Take Hess out the fray and weve helped complete 3 Relics and soon to be another 2 onway a Relic fund is set aside for all members that are in a position to get one or serious about doing one.
Storms seem just to be going to you & you only.

Hmm I know personally who does your banking (Ansel) and he came out and said the average Nirvana member makes 1.8m more than the average Storm member. With that being said, IF we did pay outs and paid 52 people, what does that say about your Storm income (kings will do this to your bank)? Or what does that say about ours? Would that make us a "Powerhouse"? Ansel refuses to give me the spreadsheet of Storm's payouts due to the "El oh fucking el's" it would get. Attached to this post is a screenshot of TheNirvana linkshell payouts. There is a minimum of 25 points to get paid. So that is the red names. thank you Oblisk for proving my point ... only you and members of your LS would create a new account here just to feel involved and try and trash a rec thread in fear of ongoing competition and ty goldberg for again helping to demonstrate the point that you would all come running as u normally do to have an "elitest its my server" cry and even worse showing you take gill AWAY from hard workers to help members with relics to look good - thats really fair on the members that put the gils in the bank
Yes that slide shows what i was saying nothing more ... i will explain your problem ... you leaders have got shit loads of members to try and keep up momentum on the server (your atleast 50 % larger than us or Kupo) .. but even with all the gils you make you simply cant afford to pay everyone as it waters the gil down to much and people have a cry - so even if a member personally helped put 100-200 million in the bank that month some sherlock had to put a cap on attendance for payouts ... which in theroy helps Nirvana keep any kind of momentum on Pandy because of volume but does not serve fair to the member base (15 maybe unpaid?? .. thats 50 % of your LS that give you time unpaid and most probably unrewarded with items) and what a 10 % bonus to just the top 5 still... yeh thats fair on the other 15+ members who have a solid attend rate
Again Storms payouts differ to yours as are a -- FAIR EQUAL SHARE on WHAT EVER you attend and this mth we are at around 80 million - this figure i see pushing to 150 million a month after we have filled the few positions. An item distibution is points based and not who sucks the hardest to not get overlooked at Odin... ive been on your vent and heard how leaders works drops in conversation...

Our system also rewards those that attends "Events only" that dont bring in any gil so youre reason holds no water.

A 25 point minimum is a standard set to make sure no one gets a free ride. Now on to this Storm being fair non sense. We get the leader a E body and A body. We get the leaders e-girl a Ebody, Haut(for her blueberry pld), and a A body(for her whm). We then proceed to get the leaders bitch (KoD) e-girl an A body. We also give a A body to the kid that is known as a joke on the server (Ansel). After acquiring all we attempt to sell, fail hard at that(by this I mean you shouting in Whitegate about it). Now, for the final lol. That part where say once you get 6 more members you see pushing to 150m. I think I cried laughing so hard, it took a screenshot of a real LS payout (happens to be a low month I might add) for you to say you will make 150m. To me I don't see kings dropping 150m in abjurations, unless you have E body buyers lined up. Even then I'm sure you will have a new relic mule to gear right?

.I sence your going into anger mode ... um no i personally helped put 100 + mill into Nirvana some mths and missed payouts by just a few events its quite easily done. and people will see on our site we have disto many items to ppl with the points - we also have a system that ensures people at the top dont get everything 1st as u have to miss 2 rare items after getting one
please if your going to cry dont forget to mention our 50 mins DI's with Rdm tank or 10 man Nidhoggs where we multibox and tank at the same time or 1 hour tiamats with rdm tanks or 10 man cerbs .. not that it matters just saying you dont rly like to give us any credit

Definition of "quickly" please? As I remember you telling me you bought kurall and killed sandworm with a group of random jps on whatever server he was stuck on (because your transfer was at 2 months or something) which then you used him for awhile on pandy before I guess you're saying selling him now. Anyway, I'm pretty 100% it was more than 8 weeks.

Oh this debate again. Ok lol. I remember having this debate with you on vent when Hess was still running things. In my eyes this is a pretty fair system bro. Unlike you, we have other events. Including Sea, Dynamis, Einherjar, etc. Things that's don't exactly pop up profit. Here, I'll try to explain it to you as hess did before.
Member A Lives in New York. He has work at 8 am. The majority of NMs this month happened to pop at ~4am. He could not make them. (This is not his fault) However, he has made every sea farm, dynamis, einherjar, and has helped out when he is on as much as he can. No, he did not specifically put that 250M into the bank, but I don't really how his help to the linkshell should be rewarded with 0 gil because he's not playing early.
This way, if a lot of NMs aren't prone to your time, you can still obtain points and receive something in the end. (rather than 0 gil like Izildur would have it.) However, I'm not really sure why you care. After Hess explained all this, I seem to remember you just responding "It's not about the gil, If I wanted gil I would just go buy my own gil" Gilbuying and relic account buying (see:above) Takes real skill bro.
Lastly, what's this "We have highest e-body count on server!!!" Haha-wow. Kings bro lol. If you even do have the highest e-body count on server its because every other linkshell is done with the aery.
