Isn't Blizzard supposed to be good (like the anti-SE) about fixing stuff like that? If not...yah that pretty much fucking sucks.

Happened to me too. My account got hacked and they used it to sell gold. They didn't take anything at all, and it took me a day to get it back. Blizzard is fast on that. With the old "oops, wrong person got the item", not so much, lol. Glad they fixed that system.
