It's been well over a year since the last Crafter War had us swapping home region outposts, it's about damn time we had another! So, who do you think will make the next attack? Bastok, San d'Oria or maybe Windurst again?

Well over a year ago, some crafter linkshells on the different servers decided to spam the home region (Ronfaure, Gustaberg, Saruta-Baruta) outposts with low level gear to build influence really high, really fast so as to take them over. Over the course of a month the different nations each swapped ownership of the different home regions thus allowing people to get those regions as outpost warps. Now, at least on Midgardsormr, they're doing it again. If you don't believe me you can check the archives of these very forums, assuming they keep threads that old. It was a big thing then as it'd never been done before, not in as organised a manner at least.

Fun stuff. My friend and I were harassing one of our Sandy LS members last night about it. They were really sore about it, but come on. It's not like San d'Oria doesn't control the whole map most weeks, get over it.
I hope this continues. I'd love to see everyone trade home regions in the next few weeks to get access to the outposts.

Bastok took Ronfaure. The world is coming to an end.

Probably next week.
Seriously though, I'm tired of Sandorians bitching about conquest results.

Meh, I don't much track the tallies unless I want to outpost somewhere, then I'll complain as appropriate. I do think Windurst needs to get off their arse in Campaign, they seem to routinely be fighting in the streets. It's a wonder they haven't tested whether you can lose the city or not.

And thus the war ends with Bastok taking the victory... one has to say that this was not a triumph. There will be no notes saying, "Huge success."
