I heard from a friend that if you HQ an AF piece and then sync down to say lvl60, your AF+1 will have same stats as the regular AF that lvl will have. Can anyone confirm/deny this? :)

It would certainly be nice though lol. pretty sure that most gear gets pretty gimped on sync although it's still a nice feature for the most part if you ask me
