Super Sunday marks the end of my 6yr journey through FFXI. I had lots of fun, fought big evil things. Made friends all over. Now, it's time for me to quit FFXI before i get burned out. This break will last until FFXIV and, eventually Star Wars: The Old Republic. There are a number of people and LS's i wanna thank before i go though:

BotD: My first Sky LS, I enjoyed, it was fun. The fact that some of those in it still need to do the same as me and quit their addiction is noticable.

Alttab: After i left Beacon for this Dynamis LS, i rediscovered how much fun Dynamis could be. The arguments i saw were all good for a laugh and made the time enjoyable. Also not dieing 10x+ each dynamis like i did in lolbeacon was also a plus. Good luck to All in that LS that are working on their Relic Weapons.

Friends: Anyaga, Xknivesx, Twcblaze, Hawkwing, Natsuchii, Chibil, and Bestestest friend of all: Raye. I'm happy i met all of ya'll in game and considered you all friends, even more so those that i met In person. The best of luck to ya'll in this game and beyond.

If they have a leviathan server when XIV comes out, then that's where I'll be.

P.S. Hopefully i'll get a return on my taxes this year, if not, gotta wait on the bonus from work. When that happens, i'll be playing MAG. One of the best Online shooters i'v ever done. 256 player maps is SOOOOO Hectic. If anyone has a PS3 and is playing or plans on playing, feel free to add my PSN ID: Chainer232

poor anto; he says all that, and yet, i still pulled perfectly for lolbeacon for years. if i was really that bad, why didn't you do the pulling? oh wait, that's right, you were too busy hanging out in the back, avoiding all the action. Alttab will always be the better dynamis LS. And i was 6/6 thf AF2 before you were 5/5 AF2. btw anto, i didn't see getting sea as a priority. i prefered to enjoy my time in game instead of being forced into doin something pointless.

Dray, XIV isn't out yet, TOR is due out sometime next year. Currently i'm wasting time playing SC till i can buy MAG; then i'll be playing MAG and, by next month, XIII.

Actually you were pretty terrible at pulling... you even joked about how you were gonna MPK people :/ Also how can you say you are quitting an addiction if you are just focusing on other games lol, thats like going from one to the other.

I got white knight chronicles coming soon, gonna try that out and see what is it about. Other than that im waiting for next month to see 13 and lunar story come out, and pokemon.

This wasn't a discussion about which dynamis was better. I have no issue with HPG or Alt-Tab. We are a different dynamis shell. We only take 20 ppl to dynamis. However, it was a discussion about how bad a puller, aka thf you were. Sea didn't merit your attention lol. Translation, I'm not good enough to do it. My only job is THF and I don't strive for Homam or Gorgets cause I'm uber....

How many times did you say "ooh, I get to add to my MPK count." Translation, I pulled all the mobs in the zone cause I suck. As for why didn't I pull? I guess if the shitty thf thinks the ghorn brd should pull cause they are better, ok. btw, I pull in dynamis now and guess what, we don't wipe from it.

6/6 af2 before I was 5/5 wasn't a point. I said I leveled thf to 75, got 5/5 and sea on another char before you moved to chapter 4. Reading is fundamental. If your point was to say you got 6/6 before I got 5/5, /clap. You got 5/5/ in Beacon and I just leveled THF to 75 a month ago so grats on getting 1 more piece. Fail some more but do it before I forget this post is here since I only check when someone says to.

The longer i'm gone from FFXI, the less and less I want to play. I do get nostalgic at times but we all know we'll quit one of these days.

The controls aren't all that bad for MAG actually. I didn't get to try the leadership aspect for it though, so not sure how well that works out.

If i was SOOOOO bad at pulling, why didn't anyone else step up and do the pulling instead? you all just sat back and watched.

The controls for MAG do indeed suck big donkey dong.
I don't see why they couldn't make the aim and fire buttons the two
bottom bumpers like every other FPS...
Took me a while to get used to that and once I did and played Borderlands
at my brothers I was trying to aim and shoot with top bumpers FFFF.
Being a squad leader isn't anything special. I got to 30 SVER and pretty much
haven't played since because White Knight Chronicles takes so long to lvl up.

You only had your lol thf. What else were you going to do, DD? lol. When you left you know how many "Thank God" I got? I play because I enjoy it. I also play socom when I feel like it. I work 40 hours a week plus do programing. Cook for my Family, Help them with HW and do little stuff around the house. In addition to my wife of 15 years. So, this addictoin you talk about is a personal flaw with you. It's understandable though, I remember all the times you talked about sitting on your couch eating Bon Bons. Then you posted a pic of yourself, it's obvious that you have an addictive personality, to which I hope you get control of.

wow, making up stuff now Anto. I never said any such thing and you know it. And that doesn't answer the question. Why didn't you do anyting to stop me from pulling. maybe if your group wasn't so slow at killing things, people wouldn't have died so much.

Anyways...I heard WKC had a bad story line from some of the guys at work. But other then that, it's still a good game.
