So I decided to level a craft to 100. And I was wondering which is the best craft, or that it could be really useful to making gil overall the others nowadays?

350k/day ?
Unless Cerb +1 isn't the normal 1 month+ bazaar spree everything else is, but I'd doubt that.
But yeah, 350k/day (not even counting time it took to actually make and cost from NQs) is really great. We should all level crafts.

No reasonable crafter would recommend their own craft, either because they don't know how to make gil or they don't want others to take their share. Why bother asking?

By devoting the time and gil into getting a craft to 100, you have already recommended that craft.

Every craft can make gil if they know what to look for and what subs they have. Just take all your crafts to 60 and decide afterwards... No one is gonna tell you which one is better cause each has their own good and bad points.

The craft u seek is goldsmithing, GL and it's not really worth it, just go buy yourself a relic instead... I wish i did.

Hell no. You'll end up spending gil on a craft you'll never need/use in at least one instance. And an even bigger point, with some higher skill synths you actually want the subcraft underleveled so you deliberately break the synth in an attempt to keep the materials for multiple attempts. Adaman ingots anyone?

There are tons of people who bought gil and powerleveled their crafts so they don't know shit from shine. When i'd be hanging out in the clothcraft guild, I could always spot the guys who did just that. You could even do a quick follow-up and notice that they'll spend any amount for material, face random directions, etc.

Yes, there's a reason for that.

dur! You know what I mean. In case this was a "WOOOOSH!" situation, they'll just face any old direction. My point is that the people who fund themselves in that way are easily spotted.

You missed the point I was subtly trying to make.

Without getting into the whole debate about direction/day/moon matters, it is all about personal opinion and testing. I'm not saying there are not people that power level their skills without learning anything because there are. Simply that you cannot spot someone because they face a 'random' direction.

In my personal experience, direction matters squat. That also goes for day and moon. If other crafters want to wait until a specific day and time to craft, then I welcome it; I'll be constantly crafting between those times earning the gil they are missing out on.

I understood you, but it was superfluous. People powerleveling their crafts don't research much. They're completely random and I was just stating that they're easy to spot. I knew a guy who did that and tried acting like he was a well experienced crafter.
