Now I've read up on different sites that its estimated to increase the ability by 10%.

I was wondering is this accurate?

Has anyone done any official testing, If so Can I hear / see your results?

Note- I haven't had time to test myself yet but would very much love to hear from others

Been 10% confirmed for ages now. No idea where the testing is, but it's supposed to give you a flat 10% counter rate boost.

All of the testing on this is such crap, lol. What helps me is just knowing that it definitely does help in some way, rather than worrying about the specifics. Doesn't hurt to use them, regardless of how you dice it.
