Hey there Fairy, I just recently moved from Pandemonium due to major boredom, and am looking for a dynamis LS that allows sponsorship towards relic weapons. If anyone out there knows of one, point me in their direction. I really want to work towards Amanomurakumo, and I have the funds as long as the LS isn't asking me to do something crazy like only take half the currency or something.
So yeah, if there's any shell that anyone knows of, point me their way. Thanks!

Refresh my memory... If it had to do with pickup groups, I'm really not familiar with pulls and whatnot in any zone, even though I could look that shit up I guess.

There may be better maps out there, but this is what I always used as reference for my own pulling routes.
The rest comes with experience, any job can pull Dynamis.
Other then that I do agree with Tres on this one, make your own shell.
And a tip from personal experience:
If you want to succeed, be an asshole!!

Well, that shouldn't be a problem. I've tried to be nicer in game recently, but I realized if people are going to leave, they're going to leave either way. I guess I could just do that then, cause I really want to do this, but I work 4 days a week, 10 hours each day. Maybe set it up in the evening? We'll have to see how this goes.

Well it's ok to be a nice player and such, but as a leader, well I don't think I need to explain that to you.
Since we aren't playing on the same server I wish you the best of luck.

Seconding being a dick.
People might not always like you, but you'll get your point across and weed out the leeches.

I can agree with it to a point. You really do have to be stern as a LS leader, or people seem to walk all over them. Bitches gotta want something, and if they don't think they're going to get kicked at a moment's notice for being a fuckwit to the leadership, they'll treat you like you mean nothing. That's when shit goes down the drain, due to the pack mentalities people develop.
And hell, anyone can think I'm an ass all they want, but if it's my shell, you better fucking listen and do as I tell you, even if I fuck up. I'm obviously going to be the one paying for the run, amirite?

this is why i've always had a problem just being a sack in a ls
people will back talk repeatedly and when i go to kick them, leader says no or wait or something along those lines
i'll admit i've grown a short fuse over the years; it's not without reason however

Then you are a person that does what the leader tells you so they don't have a reason to be an asshat to you.
Or you haven't played in a real endgame linkshell.
I mean this in the least offensive way possible.
