Along with more tests, I had a 1.600 MP build friend held 5 mobs came out 3/5



If you don't have MP build Odin is a waste for killing multi mobs but if u use vs HNM it can pack a punch.

Actually Odin's damage seems to be based on MP % and not total so I don't see why you'd need an MP build for them. Making them require an MP build would be totally unfair for certain races out there.
Edit: Regarding the Bahamut comment I've recently watched the Talk session videos released by SE (Japanese audio but English subs) and they did confirm new avatars for the future. The hint for Bahamut was there but it wasn't made by the developers themselves. I guess with this new methos they can easily add powerful abilities to Summoner like Rebirth Flame, Megaflare, etc. while keeping those avatars as powerful beings.
