After a few years of not playing I decide to return to FFXI. With the upcoming release of FFXIV I wanted to get abck to playing FFXI and meet new people and friends. I used to play FFXI years ago and made it to lvl 40 SAM/WAR and managed to lose that account. So, made a new one it is all good. My plan is to make a PLD later on after I get my bum to leveling. I am still learning all the new things SE has added to the game. So, to me this is like starting all over on a new MMORPG.
I would like to meet new friends and enjoy playing this game like I did years ago.

yeah... they buffed up xp on low shit near towns a while ago, and with the PoV you get more xp and some buffs like regen and protect for an hour. my record was 1 and half hours to lvl something from lvl 1 to 10. before up to 6 hours... it was so dreadful before..
