Making XI count more!

Not quite sure what to make of this... Do they mean that when you roll an 11 evokers you get an added effect on the roll thats not refresh but something that would be beneficial to someone wanting a refresh roll, for example a converve MP +X bonus or something?

Personally im hoping we get some new JA 76~99, suprise me SE :rolleyes:

If they add Refresh II, they'll probably change Evoker's roll to be better or equal to that. I think they'll have to readjust all of the rolls to reflect effects similar to new abilities they add for the other jobs.

Probably make XI more powerful to try and convince CORs risking a bust for it. Although more triats/abilities would be a better idea IMO.
