What ever happened to GearMod? GearMod New Download??

I went to the windower forums and found that there was no more gearmod. I liked to use it from time to time..

Does anybody know how or where I can get a new one? I know the dude got kicked off the windower forums, but I was hoping maybe he wasn't kicked off of here. Does anybody have a working version of that or another form of it?
