I would bet 10 gil that they are the true rewards. But its speculation at this point because I have seen no quests yet for Alex and Odin.


But look at the items...

Dark and Light based etc. They look similar to old avatar rewards.

There is also an Alexander Statue and an Odin Statue in the dats.

I suppose I could see those being rewards. I think that would be a first to see mog furnishings as a reward though. First time for everything i spose!

3 quests for each avatar, lol. Requirement #1= complete ToAU. That's for sure.
Actually 2 for Alex and 3 for Odin. Gonna be fun.

I don't think we'll know until we're down with maintenance and can test it in-game? They're just looking at text and image/figure data. I don't believe you can access the other stuff very easily/at all. Don't take my word for it though.

Considering there are rewards in the .dats for the avatar other than the avatars themselves I'm pretty sure these will be normal fights with a quest prerequisite.

Odin and Alexander Statues are from the Nomad Bonanza prizes, they more than likely will not be rewards.

This could be the Avatar BCNM but I do not see another dat for the avatar dat. Just this one. So looks like our avatars can attack also.

There is also a path for -4 perp on differenct elements.
I forget the path.

*edit* Pick the second path option, then 1st (light) or 2nd(dark). Then pick one of the next four options (it's an element aligned with light or dark) then the 3rd option...
