Assuming wargfangs are 45-50% proc rate like joyeuse.
440 delay 17 dmg
Comparing w/ faiths (our best non relic non shenlongs wep) +9 dmg, 413 delay.
Assuming 5 fstr and capped h2h merits, 58 DMG vs 64 DMG
58/64 = faiths deal 90.625% of the damage per strike as Wargfangs.
1/(413/440) = 6.54% faster
.90625 x 1.0654 = 96.55% of the damage of faith baghs and frees up an ammo slot.
That was just the general math though, occasionally attacks twice does not stack w/ double attack, where as stone procs do.
For regularly geared players, the two are about even, but you don't have to farm stones.
However, for a full usu mnk, it will take wargfangs an average of 1 attack round less to get to 100 tp, which makes wargfangs the clear cut winner.
Reworking the math, we'll go by average dmg/attack round.
Our base is 2 attacks per round (that can be effected by stones or DA, so kicks excluded for a min)
2 x 1.5 = 3 attacks per round 1 extra attack per round
2 x 1.15 = 2.3 attacks per round, .3 extra attacks per round.
Since Faiths and /war brutal doesn't interfere w/ each other, we get 1 extra attack per round from faiths and .3 from DA = 3.3 attacks per round.
Wargfangs DA can only proc on 50% of the attacks since they can't stack at the same time as Wargfangs which have an assumed 50% proc rate here.
2 x 1.5 = 3 attacks 1 extra attack per round.
2 x 1.15 = 2.3 attacks .3 extra attacks per round, that can only proc 50% of the time = .15 extra attacks on average per round.
Wargfangs and /war will get 3.15 attacks per round
3.3 x 58 = 191.4 average dmg/round
3.15 x 64 = 201.6 average dmg/round
191.4/201.6 =94.94% of the damage
.9494 x 1.0654 = 1.1% increase favor of faith, but the fact that it frees up ammo slot easily makes up for that.
For an average geared player, they're roughly equivalent w/o having to farm stones
However, for a full usu player, Wargfangs will get TP an average of 1 attack round quicker, making them the clear cut winner.
