I still want to know when the Legends 1 and 2 will be available on PSP for the NA region. Been out in Japan over 5 years and still nothing here?

3DS might get them now, I mean shit, it's already shaping up to the largest library of good games on any system and it's not even out.

I hope its 250 but I wouldnt have a problem with a 300 dollar 3ds the thing looks awesome. MM legends is allright but i'd prefer a megaman x or classic game (not in 8 bit [it can be done just capcom cant be lazy])

A 2D Megaman styled game in 3D would be incredible, I'm actually looking forward most to playing 2D games in 3D now. Gonna be rebuying a ton of old Gameboy games if they come in 3D, just take my wallet already Nintendo~

I think Megaman Legends was Capcom's attempt to bring Megaman to the 3D world, but it in the end became it's own thing, not having much similar to the original Megaman except the character himself. But funny thing, in the end, the Legends series is the reason why I love Megaman so much. Of course I still like the classics also. It would be neat to see a classic Megaman game be put in the 3D world and at the same time, sticking to his roots.
Virtual Console GB and GBC games would be incredible. Would love to play the greatest handheld game of all time (Zelda: Links Awakening) on the 3DS.

IMO the only real way to play a Mega Man in the classic series is 8 bit.
Also speaking of Legends, did anyone beat Hard mode just to get the hidden buster in Easy mode?

Tron Bonne has always been one of my favorite video game females, so much character put into her, she is just entertaining and fun, even liked her spin off game.

Looks like the 3DS really is the little powerhouse we hoped it would be:

In-game Resident Evil: Mercenaries for the 3DS pics on the left, in-game Resident Evil 5 for the 360 pics on the right. As impressive as that is, also consider that those 3DS images are much larger than they would be on a 3DS screen. On the actual console, it'll no doubt look much sharper.

Seeing that the 360 screenshots are resized and put next to the 3DS, they're practically indiscernible apart from the obvious AA in the 360 screens.
So, 3DS = image quality on par with the current gen consoles but on a smaller screen?

Well, yes and no. It does seem to be capable of similar image quality, although it seems not everyone is keen to take advantage of it - especially Nintendo themselves.
The Snake Eater remake is as impressive as RE: Mercenaries (3DS on the left, PS2 on the right)-
Street Fighter 4 & Star Fox are less impressive, although they're still better than anything you'll see on a PSP (3DS left, originals right) -
Whereas Zelda:OoT and Mario Kart are just outright disappointing, and make no good use of the obviously capable technology:
No offense to those of you who're looking forward to the Zelda remake, but I don't want to see that ugly-ass lego-block fest in 3D. They could have attempted the same graphical style on the original DS and it wouldn't have looked much worse than that.
Graphics aren't everything, I know, but when you're remaking a flagship title for a hotly anticipated new console and it doesn't look notably better than the dozen-year-old original, while third party developers pull off graphics that rival those of games released yesterday, you're doing something seriously wrong.

Quoted for epic, frackin' truth.
I am seriously awaiting this new hardware now. Ocarina of Time can stay on my Gamecube compilation disc.

Wow, that kind of sucks about the N64 remake of OoT. Looks like all they did was make better textures.

Ocarina of Time looks fine to me. I wasn't expecting them to remake the game from scratch. And could of just simply ported for all I care, I have been waiting forever for them to put this title and Star Fox 64 on a hand held system. Especially since they made that really crappy Star Fox game for the DS.
Lets not forget that some dungeons are being modified in OoT, so would be a nice experience to see what is different, like we did with Master Quest. Also willing to bet the interface is going to feel a lot smoother than the original title. Probably smoother targeting system, and some things used in Twilight Princess. They also said that they are making it easier to access items instead of pressing start and scrolling through what you want.
So, I agree for the most part that the graphics are not that big of an improvement, I mean it still looks great none-the-less. But what I believe people should be looking forward to is an improved interface of a classic put onto a hand held system.
But that is just me.

Nintendo 3DS release date for US is Mar.27th and Mar.25th for Europe. The system will retail at $250, not sure about how much in Europe.
What the launch titles are going to be has not been said yet, but they promised the system will have a large library of games by June, and will have plenty for when the system is released.

So I am not too thrilled, actually...just plain not impressed by the systems 1st day launch titles. The system looks incredible and I will be in line for one, but there is almost no truly appealing games for hardcore players.
Only ones I would probably get is Samurai Warriors, Professor Layton, and Rayman 3D. And Samurai Warriors to me has always felt pretty mediocre, not bad, just nothing to write home about. Professor Layton is probably the only game that is going to have me hooked on it.
This is the first time Nintendo has released a system without having a major first party title to help get people hooked into it.
Nintendo had Super Mario Bros.
Gameboy had Super Mario Land
SNES had Super Mario World (Yes I am seeing the pattern, lol)
N64 had Super Mario 64
Gameboy Color had Zelda: Link's Awakening DX
Gameboy Advance had Super Mario Advance
Gamecube had Luigi's Mansion (Not exactly Mario, but the game was real fun)
DS had Super Mario 64 DS
Wii had Zelda: Twilight Princess
Now 3DS has.....Nintendogs +Cats!
It's breaking a trend, I know Star Fox and Zelda are coming in very soon after, but I always liked first party titles like these to introduce me to the new system I am playing with. So I don't know if I am going to get that same fun feeling I get whenever I purchase a new Nintendo system.
Weird I know, but the inner child in me screams at this.
