Hi,

I didn't really know where to turn, as I can't seem to find any way of getting in contact with SE.

I just reactivated my old content ID..I've been away for 4 years. If my memory serves me right, the last place I was, was some new area in that aht urghan place.

Either way, when I log in now, it says I can't, cause I don't have the necessary expansion pack area. I've installed, and reinstalled to double check, my expansion packs, but to no avail.

I..I don't know what to do now. Any ideas?

Any help is appreciated..ultimately I guess I need a GM to move my character, but I can't get in contact with them.

Contact SE customer support. But I doubt a GM will be able to move you without you actually being logged in. And I can't even hazard a guess as to why this is happening, other than somehow the files being installed are being corrupted while your installing. Do you have all the expansion packs?

Not all, I don't have WOTG. I'm trying to find a place to buy it online where I don't have to wait for shipping..I just need the cd-key or a digital download.

I found 1 place, but they ask 18 bucks, whereas most places ask like 5 dollar for a retail copy..I just don't wanna wait.

When your on the login screen, check that Treasure of Aht Urghan is not faded. If it is, then you need to re-check if you installed it correctly.

SE sells the CD keys through PoL.

Also, just before you log in (when you can see your char(s) stood there with their stats) the current area will be listed. At least you can guarantee where your character actually is.
