I highly doubt we will ever see SE give us a H2H where both fists can DA. even our MYTHIC doesn't do it. just focus on the better weapons available from this.

There seems to be oat 2-3 weapons in the dats for various weapon classes. Faiths are non relic and very formidable as well, compared to other oat weapons, wargs falls behind a bit, I don't see why a updating them would be such an issue. Working on mantis while I get my last blobs and some in my magic accuracy claws then to my magic attack claws XD

Faith are MNK onry and are the only currently attainable DA on both hands H2H ingame. Again, i bet you PUP will not see a pair of H2H that DA on both fists.

Updating them wouldnt be an issue. but would SE do it? ahh.. no.

Considering Faith Baghnakhs are the only hand-to-hand weapon with a fully functioning "Occasionally attacks twice" stat BUT is also a special case as a Virtue weapon, I have grown increasingly suspicious that Square-Enix is simply too lazy to deal with whatever the lines of code are that ensure the strange functionality of Wargfangs and similar. On a related note, Spharai only gets its 3x damage proc on its main hand, too, further evidence that non-Virtue weapons rely on a rather different code than standard weapons. On the flip side, though, I'll swear up and down that I've seen the Lightning damage on Indra Katars proc from the off-hand, as well as the Triple Attack. I'm more willing to chalk it up to sloth than deliberate intention, though, just because I cannot imagine SE actually knows how to balance their game.

I can only hope, if not, not a biggie, people getting their 10 items quickly, I joined less than a month ago and almost done XD dude working on his third already, kinda sucks that we get an obviously gimp oat out of the bunch. H2h in general.

the Pet enhancing weapons are far from gimp, every puppetmaster today forgets the pet is the focus of the job because we got H2H upgrades.

Even among the Pet enhancing HTH weapons, only those that enhance your Automaton's M.Acc are truly worth getting. Even on exp mobs, nuke resists still happen far more frequently compared to a BLM, so the MAB ones would only really be useful on very few (weak) enemies, if at all.

As for the melee enhancing Hand-to-hand weapons - anything your Automaton can melee you, you can melee on as well, including Jailers, Kirin (though one should always be zerging this anyway), ZNMs etc.
And if you can melee it, weapons that improve your damage (or accuracy) will be more beneficial, as your damage will far exceed the damage of the Automaton (HNMs aside), as long as you have proper buffs (or even just Haste, really, if your gear doesn't suck) and food.
Also, Valoredge with full merits has next to no Accuracy problems on stronger NMs, and Sharpshot's melee attacks are far too inaccurate on things stronger than Limbus, Dynamis or Exp mobs, so getting the Pet: Accuracy HTH serve almost no purpose.
As for the defensive HTHs... they're weapons for swapping in at best, if you don't need to keep your TP.
