altana viewer list help

hi, sorry if this seems like a complete noob question but I just installed ffxi noto my pc but the discs only had up to RoZ and I downloaded the latest altana viewer and lists but how do I add the list ? someone told me to add them to the dat files in the ffxi program files but it says ROM and ROM2 so a little confused, any help ?
