If you've ever watched the show, when they were first on Cybertron they were all futuristic looking vehicles. It was only when they landed on earth they took on the form of the inhabitants vehicle styles. But it could also be that since everything in that game is customizable, someone just made an optimus remake with hoverjets instead.
Overall, the game looks pretty neat. Graphics look good, customization looks good, game play looks good.. And online? Even more awesome. I may seriously consider getting this game. Transformers has been a part of my childhood since before I could remember. lol It'll be awesome to come up with my own autobot or decepticon. I'm also looking forward to the new spider-man game coming out soon as well.. Was just informed about it this morning at work, it sounds pretty epic.

Yeah i just realised that of course there on Cybertron so they would never have seen human transport.

Other videos say there will be Decepticon and Autobot campaigns on two separately sold disks, but you can unlock the enemy once you finish that disk's campaign.

This looks like it could be great... or could be terrible.
I demand Earth stages with earth vehicles for multiplayer. Man, if I could make a transformer who turns into the Mustang I'm buying next thursday, I'd be happy.

Looks promising to Transformer fans. Also lol to the people getting it for the Wii.
They are renaming it Transformers: Cybertron Adventures. For the usual Nintendo reasons. Still the same game, but instead of a war.....its an adventure!

I heard about it forever ago as well, but this is my first time seeing gameplay footage.
