Boost question...

I just started to level my monk and in doing so thought of something regarding boost.

If I use boost does that delay my next attack round with H2H due to boost animation or not?

Basically if I have say 4 seconds between me punching something, if I boost in that 4 seconds do I still attack 4 seconds later or does it add a second delay due to boost animation and I will attack 5 seconds later?

I wanted to know if its best to increase damage by boosting every cooldown but if its going to delay my H2H attack rounds its not worth it ever except on downtime between pulls and before a WS as the extra attack over a minute wont be greater damage then a few attacks and the TP associated with those attacks.

Boost does slightly delay the time between swings if you used while attacking.

I assume its enough to say that the added boost damage won't outweigh the loss of an attack round.

you're also going to generate more enmity from spamming a JA. it is largely fruitless to use it every 15 seconds.
