So apparently I've been gone for about 3years... (ffxiah record for Eriks on Remora)

Think I can get my account back? Can I get a free trial somewhere? Should I return to Age of Conan instead?

My main was a level 69 blue mage with every spell. (Illdrem, if you're out there; thank you.)

Blah I'm going through the same problem at the moment.

Only thing I can say is that the free trial is currently unavailable; I have no clue if/when it will return. They also have a Character Reactivation Service- doesn't cost anything besides the 13 bucks it costs to purchase a content ID. You can get more details on that on their site- the link is somewhere on the left hand side I believe.

Good luck with your decision- hope you don't regret it! :)

I'm in the same boat as the one who posted. It's been almost a year or so since I left but I want to come back. The problem is I don't have any of my ID numbers, nor do I remember the passwords. I still remember my character's name, job, as well as the server I was on. Any tips on going from there?

I went through this same issue a year ago when I starting playing again (Briefly). Play online and content IDs are a nightmare compared to blizzard's wow account management (and now b.net).

The only way you're going to be able to get your information is by doing the online chat with a customer service rep. You will need the information you last had associated with your account, btw.
