Seems the Japanese description has the haste at 3%, while the English says 2%. According to some claims on FFXI-AH, it's 3%. Can anyone else confirm or deny this?

With all this in mind. I think I'm going with Dbl Atk+5 for /blu and Store-TP +8 for /SAM Fuck Askar Body. Been working on it for 3 years. I'll spend the 200k on the above average Perle Set and spend some time doing Magians than waste another 2 hrs doing Nyzul Isle for an item with a less than 10% chance of dropping at all, and only a 1 in 3 chance of an item being the one you want. Atleast this way, I know what I'm getting.
