• The game is set for a spring 2011 release date on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

• Right now the development team is looking at having about 30 characters — or so — in the roster.

• Seth Killian said that fans can expect "a healthy dose of new blood" when it comes to fighter selection.

• It's a 3-on-3 tag team fighting game, players build their own squads and uses Assists as well. Very similar to MvC2.

• The title uses an advanced version of Capcom's MT Framework, which powered Resident Evil 5 and Lost Planet 2.

• MvC3 has aerial combos, hyper combos and other original gameplay systems.

• The game is officially titled Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds.

• The goal is to get 100 pieces of music in the game, that includes old favorites, new tracks and remixes. The 'Take You For A Ride' song won't be returning, at least, it's not planned right now.

• There are no plans for an arcade, PC or Wii version.

• The team behind this wants this game to have a strong storyline.

• Development started on MvC3 in the summer of 2008.

I would like to see:

Capcom:
Wesker (RE5), Nero (DMC4), Leon (RE4), Wayne (Lost Planet), and Juri (Super SFIV), and Vergil (DMC3)

Marvel:
Witchblade, Ghost Rider, Batman, Human Torch, Superman, and Catwoman.

I don't think so... but Breath of Fire better get some representation this time around.

I was disappointed until I saw Chris in the trailer. I've never been a major fan of Marvel vs. Capcom - mostly because 85% of the people I've met who play it are among the worst gamers I've ever met - but I have to say this could be pretty awesome.

I wonder if there'll be any actual character endings this time around. They've gotten progressively worse since the first Marvel vs. Capcom game. Also, I wish they would have left Wolverine's original rivalry with Akuma alone.

I'm content that they have Deadpool in there. I've always wanted to play him since he's my favorite Marvel character from way back. Looks like they're prolly going to adopt somewhat of the graphics of the Tatsunoko vs Capcom engine. Not really surprising since they're trying to make it more 3D but I would have honestly been fine with the 2D graphics of MvC2 with an updated/ HD look.

Either way I'm so psyched. I damn near shat myself when I saw this on Gamespot earlier.

Id like to see Dan/ Birdei/ Zangief /Q /Necro/ Gil/ Blanka /Ghouls and Ghost guy// Donovan /Victor/ or Jon tailban on capcom side but ill settle for Dan(cus he sucks so good)
and
on the marvel side Dazzler or Jubilee/ Doctor Strange/ Banshee/The Thing/Thor/Ghost Rider/Jean gray or Pheonix/Bullseye/Havoc/Sandman/Iron Fist

but none of these will probably made the cut lol
