Hey KI,
Finally decided to join the apple movement and got an iPhone after years of sticking with my classic Razr. The only problem is I haven't been exposed to the app store besides the lightsaber app and this video/image sending thing called Self Destructing Message. Anyone got any other apps you feel are needed?

If you're looking for games then I would recommend starting off with Phoenix Wright, Nick Chase, Plants vs Zombies, Zenonia 1/2.

If you pay for apps, you're a fool. Jailbreak it and get installous.

If you are an RPG player I would recommend the following.

Final Fantasy I
Final Fantasy II
Chaos Rings
Song Summoner

And of course, you can't have an iPhone without...

PEGGLE! :D

Phoenix Wright is another great choice if you never played it on the DS.

EDIT:

I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you are using it as a phone. One, since piracy is what is killing the video game business. Nintendo loses 22 million dollars from piracy on "just" Pokemon Platinum. It is also a hassle to deal with when it comes to updates. Sure not a problem for the hacker who does this stuff on a daily basis, but not a normal consumer.

I do the above to everyone's ipod touches/iphones, and if teen girls don't fuck it up, any guy shouldn't either.

Kind of proving my point. Of course "you" can set it up. But most people do not have access to hackers like you, and more than likely, if they try to do it themselves, there is going to be some serious trial and error. I am not questioning the program, I am questioning the setup.

Also, no point in piracy, if you can afford the phone, more than likely you can afford the apps. I wouldn't call a person a fool for doing something they are suppose to be doing, buying the app. But as an ex-pirate, I can only speak but so much.
