Belt Black Items Can MNK solo them?

I was wondering if Monk was able to solo any non HQ versions of the NMs for the Black Belt items.

I am pretty sure Fafnir is not possible, so are either Adamantoise or Behemoth soloable by Monk?

If so would Ninja be the best subjob to use? Would Dancer be possible?

On the Dancer subject. Do you think it is worth leveling to 49 to prepare for the level cap being raised, or do you think it would save time to leave it at 37?

I've soloed Behemoth as /NIN. I doubt Adamantoise is soloable, his breaths do pretty large amounts of damage last time I attempted.

Your also forgetting the aggro mobs around ada spawn. Making even if you do manage to claim, an even harder prospect of trying to solo. Also all ground kings rage at the 1 hour mark (even nq)
I managed to claim twice myself solo and always wiped to adds.

Edit: But Behemoth Is definitely the easiest of the 3.

Both Behemoth and ada are soloable.

Behemoth is quite easy, ada can be a pain if you get adds, just bring a buddy or 2 with you and should be no big deal.

Isn't the turtle ridiculously easy to kill on most jobs? Always though he was the easiest...

You should definitely take dancer to level 40 because you get reverse flourish then and 80 is the closest level cap. Plus 37=>~42 is really easy to do as a sync for past birds.

I don't see how people say Serket is harder than Behemoth or Adamantoise. Serket is chump shit.

Would it be better to use a different Weapon Skill other than Asuran Fists as to not feed the mob as much TP, or does it not make much of a difference?

Ah, okay, thanks.

I thought it gave TP for each hit. Thanks for clearing that up.

TP Aside, Howling Fist is pretty nice when mobs have a good amount of defense.

Doesn't make any difference on MNK, but I'm pretty sure the enemy gets TP for the offhand hit when Dual Wielding or using H2H.
