It doesn't matter what inter-server repute the shells that got destroyed had. The point was that the server's HNMLS scene became barren after the bans. SML, Remedy, and Eminence all got pretty much destroyed. Tribe was already faltering at this point if it wasn't already gone. 24/7 only survived because they used Daddy's credit card for a bunch of new toons. This means the accomplishment of "taking over" Asura isn't really an accomplishment at the point where no one was there to fight you besides a bunch of short bus retards.
And even if inter-server repute matter... what fucking relevance does name dropping a Garuda LS have? No one has ever fucking cared about your Pandemonium HNMLS either, so I don't know why anyone would give a shit if you've never heard of Remedy. You're trying to argue your team is better than someone else's because there is a third team better than both of you. I can't possibly fathom how you think this is an effective argument.

1) I like how you think Asura was the only server hit on 01/22/09. Some shells died due to the impact, some kept trucking on, which then you could say, "The ones that survived didn't have any Salvage gear", but the thing that makes me laugh is the fact that when I look back on it and count the twelve or so worthwhile people in my shell that did Salvage on my server (and had gear of course), there was only one worthwhile person that got banned from it that. Some of them even knew about the trick, but just refused to use it, which was a good call on their behalf.
We lost about 15~ members when it occurred, but hey, we're still here, aren't we. Maybe if those shells had a better core they would be too, but apparently they didn't.

For a shell that says to me right now they pretty much had the server on lock down back then, it sure does confuse me when it's also mentioned that three other competitive shells existed at the same time. Why didn't they ever break those other shells prior to the bans: Am I to assume it was actually a fair amount of claims/success amongst the four, not just for the one? Guess I'll stop while I'm ahead, because there was only two that came over from our server when the merge occurred, and you know what the other one did when it got here because we crippled them that bad in the past? Merged with those 24/7 tools.
