So after several years of resisting sea and a year hiatus, I'm back and looking to get sea access. Are any groups still doing CoP missions? I'm currently on CoP 4-1 and have PLD75/THF75/SAM71/WAR38/NIN37/DNC35.

Shout in WG. Try to make a static with the people who answer you. It will probably take many hours as the game's population has dwindled over the past years, especially people who still need missions.
