• Halver in Chateau d'Oraguille (I-9). (talk to them a second time for some more text)
  
• Naji in Metalworks (J-8). (talk to them a second time for some more text)
  
• Zubaba in Heavens Tower (must be on or past Windy Rank 3-2) (talk to them a second time for some more text)
  *The "Letter from Zubaba," can be received from NPC Kupipi in Heavens Tower , In order to receive it from Kupipi, you will have to give her a rolanberrie
  
• Despachiaire (behind the Walnut Door) in (K-10) of the top floor of Tavnazian Safehold .
  
• Maat in Ru'Lude Gardens (H-5),
  
• Jakoh Wahcondalo in Kazham (J-9).

After obtaining the six letters return to the starting moogle for your Moggiebag.
Going back to Kazham to talk with Jakoh Wahcondalo will give you some more dialogue. (not sure if this affects the outcome of what your Moggiebag gives you.)
