you wont be able to, the monsters will most likely be taken to a level so that 75's can merit the zone.

It's still best to wait. No matter what the change is, it will be made far easier (since I'm pretty sure that Square Enix isn't stupid enough to raise such an early area in the storyline to above level 75. Square Enix does have a sense of character progression.)

The monsters yes, but the Mission fights not. Just dodge the mobs (or sac them), head up the Spires and do the fights solo.
