Getting tired of shouting for pickups, it's a real hit or miss and it's way too time consuming.

My criteria:
1. You need to be experienced in Salvage and in the game overall.
2. You need to be able to log on to Ventrilo.
3. Salvage has to be your primary event, for example, if you choose to X event at your main LS over Salvage, then don't bother reading any further.
4. Flexibility on jobs will be required. If you're melee only, don't bother. If you're Mage only, do inquire. (See what I did there!)
5. You need Second Lieutenant Rank at the very least.
6. Chronic AFK'ers need not apply.


Item lotting system will be simple, just send me a tell on what you want and in most cases you'll be able to lot it. I really don't want this to be stressful for anyone.
