So the last update notes mentioned changes to the VE and HQ frames iirc. I know they gave the VE an inherrant -pdt, but I haven't seen or noticed anything changed on the lolHQ. Anyone know?

I am wondering if no one has tested this because they don't pay attention to Harly, or if it was nothing they added. Knowing SE, it was probably something like a Subtle Blow trait.

i dont know about -pdt but they did enhance the Armor Plate attachments by a decent amount.

Yes, that was stated elsewhere how they edited AP 1/2, mana tank 1/2, and auto repair kits 1/2. They did change the two frames however, its easy to see the VE got a -pdt native to it, it takes far less dmg now after the update than before, the harle has nothing noticable to it afterwards though. Whether this is just do to lack of a good comparison before the update as a result of never being used, or something obscure and unoticable being altered I'm not sure.
