5% in any one spot allows for a lot of gear movement. Isn't there a new ace's type helm for mnk?

Oh I know the cape is better than cuchulain's, however it doesn't have some of my other jobs that could use it like Cuchulain's does such as SAM PLD and eventually DRK when I get a chance to exp thanks to all the 80 madness.

There is, called Brisk Mask. There's also two new pairs of gloves that actually give Monk Haste there.

It remains to be seen what kinds of adjustments will be actually necessary for level 80. I wouldn't even bother trying to think ahead to 99 because, if this update is any indicator, all the gear we collect in the next couple months will be obsolete by Christmas. Thus far, though, I have not seen a lot to suggest that reducing 5 levels of level correction and adding 25 skill points will leave us as dependent on Accuracy as is presently the case. People seem to be having trouble finding much that is both IT at 75 and 76 and worth fighting. As we explore Walk of Echoes and Abyssea further, my opinion may change, but right now, it's highly unlikely I'd give up Usukane Sune-Ate for another pair of Footwork boots.

Not sure whether the OAT fix changed that, but pre-patch, Wargfang's OAT stacked with Footwork, allowing for massive damage from several Kicks in a row, and Kyoshu kyahan's huge bonuses to Accuracy, Attack and Kick damage made Footwork superior to regular punching, at least according to some testing done on Alla or BG, not sure which it was. I think the guy who made KParser tested it.

Either you have really nice TK gear or its boosted depending on buffs and mob defense. I didnt break 1k in the tree last night on 78 /36 dnc . I didnt do but 3 weaponskills before i went to bed though so idk. didnt have footwork boots on me either. those are some nice damage ranges on an IT

Also TK to gekko makes frag. Not sure if it closes light yet.
ok it doesnt, But has anyone tested if its AoE or not yet? Seriously looks that way. good damage genereally too, even without super gear swaps, im doing 800s in mamools at nyzul at 76 sync

Definitely not AoE, two mobs only hit one.

About the tk to gekko frag, sam in my party saying its like yuki so the yuki gorget might work with it.

I have however noticed very large SC damage amounts from this weaponskill, normally 200-300 on mamools, im doing 500-600s

I love the new ja actually. im just running around dunebooting with semi decent gear. 1418 @300% is my highest at mamools at 76. avg is 1k
And ding. 80

Also the new blue spell corrosive ooze is apparently insane. Large debuff of Attack and defense on enemies. thf in my LS doing 1800 ws and 3.6k SC in tav meadows

Um... duh? They didn't change anything about King Ranperre's Tomb, we knew those mob's levels ages ago, and there's a very good reason why no one has merited there in years.

They are saving KRT to adjust as lv99 camp. We can hope! =D
Seriously though, what is SE gonna do? They need to up more zones, can't up some they did this patch or we won't have as much lv80 camps anymore.
