Animating Wail: lvl79, hp+20 5 set points 53 mp "Increases attack speed" no mention that its aoe
Regeneration: lvl78 mnd+2 2 set points 36 mp "Gradually restores hp"
Demoralizing roar: lvl80 -2 str +3 vit 4 set points 46 mp
Leaf Storm: lvl77 +3 mp +1 mnd +1 chr 4 set points 132

Highly doubt Animating Wail will be AoE, since if it was it'd be mentioned in the description. And it's not the first time SE changed the mechanics of an enemy ability in Blue Magic form.

Level 76, 106 MP Cost, 4 Set Points

Blazing Bound (Whatever family a Limule is - Magical)
Deals fire damage.
VIT+2 AGI+1
Level 80, 113 MP Cost, 3 Set Points

Acrid Stream (Whatever family a Clinoid is - Magical)
Deals water damage in a fan-shaped area originating from the caster. Additional effect: lowers defense.
DEX+2 MND+2
Level 77, 89 MP Cost, 3 Set Points

Cimicine Discharge (Vermin - Magical)
Reduces the attack speed of enemies within range.
DEX+1 AGI+2
Level 78, 32 MP Cost, 3 Set Points

Demoralizing Roar weakens the attacks of enemies in range. Leaf Storm deals AoE magical Wind damage.

That should complete the list.

Limule is an Abyssean flying crab monster.

Clionid is an Abyssean flying slug with 2 arms and a red orb on its chest.

I think he's referring to the efficiency of the spell, i.e MP returns vs MP cost. Worth it? I'm curious to know, too. I can't be arsed to hop on BLU to go get any of these spells just yet myself. lol Maybe later this week.

Well, according to this thread on BG (http://www.bluegartr...=37619&page=194) the refresh is either 3 or possibly even 4 a tick, still undergoing testing, but it is the same duration as Red Mage's Refresh.

It's not AoE. It is targetable.

Moon phase does seem to be affecting, seems to give 28attk at 50% moon.

Also, Battery Charge is a 4mp per tick refresh

Animating Wail seems to be self 15% haste

Ahh, my bad.. I thought I read somewhere someone said it was our new curaga type spell. Even still, for a single target cure, that's pretty good.

I believe refueling is 10%, but it lasts for 5 minutes vs 3 minutes from the white magic spell.

Can you diffuse Plenilune Embrace since it's a heal + buff just like Exuiviation?

Is the new haste 'weapon haste' or 'regular haste'? I ask because SE has been hesitant to add 15% haste to... anything really plus it's expensive.

So far 50mp for a 200mp return on a blu type refresh seems crazy especially IF it's a different icon and can be diffused. Diffuse should have it's timer fixed to something around 3mins or so imho.

Yep, refueling is 10%. Blu who insist on using it when a 15% haste was available were always targets of my ridicule. The new one, however, is apparently 15%.


Also, I just picked up these over on the SA forums.

Blazing Bound + Animating Wail = Dual wield (Unknown tier of DW)

Demoralizing Roar + Acrid Stream = double attack(thought to be 10%)
