So after leveling up tonight I wanted to test my new 291 magic skill to see if any new surprizes were in store..... guess who gets Thunder IV!! Was too excited and forgot to screenshot anything but definately hit a 4k thunder IV out in sea on an open mouth goldfish lol. So yay pups finally getting to finish off tier IVs!

I wonder if Tier Vs will be strong enough? or will we be wishing we didn't have Stone V cause thunder IV would be better?

Automaton still casts whatever is least likely to resist and what will do the most damage, so it doesn't matter.


Also, anyone else notice if Cure V from automaton is generating hate now? I attacked a mob, hit it 3 times on the first attack round with Hades equipped, automaton Cure V me, and he pulled hate...

I think someone at SE seriously messed up PUP. Can anyone confirm if Cure V is generating hate now though?


P.S. Ventriloquy needs to be fixed already, I've already come close to dying twice now because it doesn't work, and I DID die once when I didn't have it as a last resort when the AI messed up on Curing.

With capped magic merits/skill, I got StoneV at 77. Since we got ThunderIV at 76, it's *possible* that by 80 we could have FireV, but I'm really not counting on it (likely at least WaterV). We might be sitting on some bleh elemental nukes at a higher tier until the next cap raise, but I think ultimately the point is that out nukes didn't stop at ThunderIV.

Tier 6 by 99? XD

With LS I + LS II + Ice Maker + Optical Fiber + Mana Channeler ( Mirke 7macc/mab , Relic Feet , Relic legs , capped magic merits and optimization )

eats 222 mp? does a bit more than thunder IV @ 1990 vs DC mobs. Haven't tried any higher tiered monsters since VNM shell broke .......

the spell is definitely stronger than Thunder IV.

Stone V is definately good. I was out soloing wam. princes with it and was averaging 2.4k, when earth day hit I managed to break out a couple 2.7s all in all was a good night out

Nice! you must have additional mab pieces?! ( To do 2.4k on VT ) I keep getting garbage T_T only gotten atk/rattk 4 neck and atk/rattk 5 earring so far. . . .

As long as the auto's MP scales well enough to continue the 2 nuke pattern before aspir kicks in, i'm happy with this.

noice. without mana tanks it was doing Stone V > aspir . Should do 2 nukes with both Tanks on ( 1020ish mp )

Just got Stone V myself, and I am loving it! 2,400+ damage to Campaign mobs , and 1,700+ to Campaign NMs so far. Definitely my favorite frame again!

Can't wait for Water V. o_o
