I have yet to see a single skill up, after getting out of an exp party. Has anybody noticed any skill ups upon smn or BP'ing?

Skilled up summoning Carbuncle to see what Holy Mist looks like..
then again using Holy Mist for fun in Walk Of -1000 gil.

I went from 305-306. I got .6 yesterday, and .4 today. Haven't gotten a single one since.

Getting some here and there. Not going to worry about capping it until 80, might as well just exp until then and hope for the best.
