The last time I played ffxi was 2 years ago, the account is being played by someone on a new server and I want it back.

My question is.

What information does square require that I provide in order to get it back?

I dont have the cd keys and all I do have is my [removed] number I think thats my account number? I also can provide my billing address and other information,

What Am I expected to provide when I make the call to SE?

So whoever this person is they have my account on another server... its ashame this happens all the time apparently.

My other question <less important then my first question> IS:

Can I play FFXi on windows 7 with direct x 10?

Every game I play is in a half screen mode. Its really annoying like rise of nations and splinter cell I like the old school games if you will but they dont seem to work with Direct X10 And windows 7 isnt compatible with direct x8.



What Can I Expect when I call SE call center? Questions?

And can I play this game in full screen on windpows 7 Directx 10?

Do not post your POL ID on a public forum, ask a mod to edit it ASAP....

Sometimes you can get a reset without some pieces of information but most likely if you dont provide enough information you will have to get a notarized reset form which takes forever. But it sounds like you have all the required info.
