[Birdman]

Hello KI. I'm Birdman from the Pandamonium server. It's been years (2+) since I've played this game but for whatever reason I've been semi-interested again. I've played WoW for the duration that I've been gone from FFXI but I need to shake it up a little bit. Not quitting WoW at all but I wouldn't mind playing FFXI as well!

Anyways, I was wondering if/how it's possible to get my account + character's back. I know that after the 3 month period of termination or inactivity is done your character's get deleted but I've also heard they can be restored. Now I don't have my POL ID/Password as I can't remember it for the life of me and I don't have the CD Key # for the original game, only the CoP x-pac. Will personal information be enough to restore the character? I called months and months ago regarding this and they asked for my Visa number but it didn't match for whatever reason. The account could have been hacked and used by a different person, who knows really. Is there a way to recover/remember your POL ID? I'm sure if I can get that I'll be able to get the password as I only use a couple for most things that need a password in the first place.

from the information ive recieved you will need address of billing, name of characters on the account and just be smooth with the person taking your call. They are really nice. Good luck.. well i shouldnt say LUCK because I dont believe in it.
