If your account is in default, it doesn't matter when you reactivate. You will be billed imediately after reactivating your account for any back charges. I would wait until the third day of the month before reactivating. By then the billing cycle has ended so there shouldn't be any double charges for activating before the billing cycle ends.

You will. Although SE bills at the beginning of the month, they actually charge in arrears, which means you're not "pre-paying" for the month, but rather the service that you used for the previous month. If you end your subscription mid-cycle, you will end up with prorated charges for the service you didn't use.

if i canceled in june 20, 2006 that lasts till june 30th.

then i diside to reacvite on june 15 2010, on july 1 i am bulled for june 2010, and july 2010, SE really needs to chang the retarded billing system
