hey all u gamers. please help me figure my problem out. i dont have a credit card so i go to wal mart to purchase the loadable kind. my last bill was more then 25 bucks, so i didnt have enough on my card to pay the bill. i was declinded. now heres the problem. i purchased a new card with enough monye on it to pay the bill. but when i log in at the start, when u choose the character, i enterd the online id which is shown at the log in, so i know that is correct. then i enter my password, it goes to the next screen like normal. so my password is correct. now then next screen says. "you need to find a new credit card" (Lm-21) is the code saying i need to get a credit card w funds . on that screen there two choices log out or proceed. so when i proceed it takes u to a screen to identify the user. it ask for the playonline id. which is shown at start up. and my password. i tried hundred times. caps uncaps ect. but nothing will let me get anyfarther. i know my id and my password. any ideas guys>?

You're punching in the wrong ID or PW. ID needs to be in all caps (AAAA1111) and PW is case sensitive as well.

I have a feeling you got one of those Visa Gift Cards. You need something like a Green Dot card or just sign up for your own credit card.

I personally use an AccountNow card which is much like a Green Dot card.
