Greetings, Nether here.

Now, while I played FFXI, I LOVED The Mog House, because the fact that for me, any type of housing mechanic will keep me interesting, and because of the fact that they added a cute little ball of fur and warmth in the center of it, the Moogle. To me, the moogle is one of my favorite character/race in the entire Final Fantasy series, aside from the Chocobo.
But what I disliked about The Mog House in FFXI was that you never had any real interaction with the moogle that affected the player or the moogle in any way, or you coulden't customize it in anyway.
So, now that they are making a new Final Fantasy, woulden't it be awesome if they re-added The Mog House and add more depth to customizing the moogle and the house? Maybe it can affect you in your gameplay, raise it like you did a chocobo. And for the housing, add more in-depth like extra rooms and stuff.

So, my question for you is, if you wanted to have the Mog house back, what would you want in it?

if not I agree, we need that little personal space to escape from the outside world and all of it's lag for just a bit..

The mog house was cool.. furniture was a bit too expensive.. I hated gardening so whetever they do.. bring back mog houses but for goodness sake do not bring back gardening..!

I would love to see the return of some housing, it would be even better if I could access my retainer through my house too...

That's a really pretty mog house. Mine's barren. Just a ton of Yellow Jars for the crafting energy ; ;. Looking at your mog house makes me wish I had a nice one too.

Thanks it took me almost 2 years and thats even some older pictures, later I added some sunbreeze cages (I loved those) and some other rare stuff.

Your mog house is lovely, Sheebs! I loved decorating my mog house as well, I think I poured at least 800K up to 1 million worth of gil into it. I hope mog houses make a comeback in FFXIV. Only then this time I hope they are bigger than what was offered to us in FFXI. Instead of just the one room I would have loved to have maybe two. I had lots of furniture, but running out of space to place them all happened a bit too often with me. So I would definitely love to have more space. I don't know though, it's just a thought.

Main reason why we need a moghouse type thing... lag... house is a lag free envirenmment for the most part. The opposite of the adventurers guild... why make me summon my retainer in a busy area like that?

Good point. Transferring items is -painfully- slow.
