I considered it pretty useless until now, but today I saw a BLU80 with it, so I started wondering if it may kicked in too when using Chain Affinity... Does anyone know? I would test it myself but I don't have the level yet >< If that's the case, wouldnt it make an OK sword for BLUs?=O

If you have nothing better, use it. But it doesn't work with blue magic. It only works with sword WSs. Boosts the damage of savage blade a bit, or makes vorpal blade crit more often, maybe boost the damage of Sanguine Blade a bit. But there's better swords out there, ifrit's and something else until you can get perdu hanger, beast slayer, koggelmander, and/or magian trial sword(s) (OAT, str, dex, magic acc. whatever floats your boat).

Oh wow hadn't thought about Sanguine Blade and Martial Anelace that would rock soloing I have to break mine out and try it.

Wouldn't you want to solo SCs rather than draining some HP when soloing?=o
Also, which's a fast way to get a koggelmander? XD Just spamming MMM till you get lucky with all the runes and do it? Can you get a lv1 in to lower the level of Koggelmander NM?

Kogglemander NM isn't effected by level.

In all honesty it's not worth the effort to go for the sword. The drop rate is pure shit and just like everything else MMM related finding people is more work than the actual event.

Everything is situational when soloing running low on mp and need a heal yep Sanguine blade hopefully to the rescue it all depends on whats going on having a damage plus heal sometimes saves the day.

i seen else where that you quit or something so ill give an update to your statment.

for some reason JP are abessed with getting exp from it and other people are hoping on this trend due to the overcamping everywhere i guess.

I sat in one for 40 mins trading the stupid thing before it allowed us to enter.
(then someone had the nerve to go oh 8k exp total thats great exp not when it fucking takes 1 hr an 10 mins for it)

Nah, MMM was a popular EXP method back when I still played.

Anyway like Rambus said stay the hell away from MMM, the sword is not worth the effort. If you want an alternitive do Trials, there's a sword with +6 STR and +16 Attack that isn't too bad if you can't get somthing like a Khanda or Antea with Occ. attacks twice. on it.

i carry my martial with me for two reasons, 1 for big fights if im tanking so i only need 1 sam to give me tp, the other is it boosts sanguines drain to 75%. Its a pretty good self cure if u have the gear for it and arnt using ur tp to chain
