there are 2 daggers in the trial of the magians quest that I want but I can only do one cuz its rare/ex.

#1) 20(or 21, idr) base dmg, occ attks 2-3x which clearly makes it an offhand dagger.

#2.) 41 base dmg double attack +7. with 41 base dmg that's clearly a mainhanded weap.

I'm kinda confused on which of the two to go for and which would be better not only for dnc but for thf.

so far I plan on taking the occ attk 2-3x route just cuz they're gona own for tp gain, but that's something dnc has no issues with lol but for thf that looks awsome.

on the other hand that DA+7 looks amazing too .. ugh idk.

need KI to make the decision for me plz or atleast some opinions.

OA3 Parazonium off-hand, either Fusetto main-hand depending if you use Evisceration often or not. Alternatively, DEX Kila for main-hand.

u think that dagger worth it? I mean evis is pretty weak even if the first hit is a crit on thf and dnc. I find it to be weaker than dancing edge by a decent amount, all that dagger would do is make Evis catch up to DE, barely.

If it was DE damage +10% that would pwn. id almost rather a Evisceration: Crit hit rate+ 10% cuz it does crazy dmg when it crits.

That's rather subjective. Better in that they can heal/support sure. thf is far better dps and a better dps than many make it out to be. Though quite sadly most thfs aren't that good.

I'm no career thf just play it cuz it shares alot of gear with dnc, and back when I did like thf I got some really nice gear for it so meh.

what do u guys do to make evisceration stronger than DE, Id like to know so I can buy/camp some shit lol

Stack DEX to mindblowing proportions, with mostly equipment dancer can't use, that takes forever to gain. If you start now, you might have an X's Knife before XIV comes out.

Worst thing about this whole lv cap update is the fact x's is going to knocked off the top spot.

However, I've no idea when it would be time to ditch it. Evisc dmg+10% and X's would be just sexy...

There's too many good mainhands to waste your best offhand Parde on a mainhand build. The question should be OAThree or OATwice with more damage.

Which makes them a really shitty Bard with really shitty damage. That's not competitive for a full DD slot.

People like you make me laugh. I never said they did the best damage, but Samba on top of Marches, haste and a good haste set (at least 20%) is going to be a bigger increase in party damage than adding a THF instead. Add to that, the fact that their curing is basically limited to how fast their recast is, and the job is miles ahead of THF.
