Lol Rein, you funny and get your facts straight lol That NM isn't 'popped' It had been up, they aggroed it then told us to take it... after Anto saw we were with another group he decided to kill it so Aleera and I left on our own terms after that dramallama crap and I specifically told Anto I wasn't returning (after watching him spitefully be an ass towards me lol) Our pearls were dropped the minute he started bitching to me... so whether he was planning to kick us or not... we'll just say it was a mutual agreement to leave

This game isn't my job...Tonelico expresses it sooo well in his article. It just made me giggle

Pretty much what Doodles said. We had been in a separate shell for abyssea that a few friends invited us into long before Anto decided to make it a mandatory event (which, personally, should have it's own night and not have been thrown into the mandatory event rotation). He threw a shit fit seeing us in another shell when he finally got off his ass to make it an event, then got mad at us for not being there. Fuck that noise. He's got a loose grasp on how to run a shell, and frankly, we were aware of it from the get-go. It was only a matter of time before we left, this was just the last (and frankly large) straw on our parts.

After reading most of that article, the guy deserved to get kicked. While I'm not a fan of the mandatory events thing, it is clearly in their LS rules. Being in a LS and spouting off about random shit while a non-mandatory event is annoying enough, but doing it during a mandatory one is just disrespectful. I don't know this Anto guy outside of a merit pt, but I do know that it can be really frustrating to lead a LS with people doing things like that, and I wouldn't knock him for responding the way he did.

Honestly I don't really believe for a second that the OP is the real Tonelico. He (Tone) was one of the same people who used to RAVE at people for skipping/etc. His character was taken over by a dude named Deaura (Rubedoe) and he HATED BotD so you can only assume that he "Oh hai guyz i'm bax!" was met with "Oh is that you?". lol

Can't comment on anything as I wasn't there but thought the time we all fought together was nice and was a pleasure playing with you two (Short lived, though). Hope you guys find another home soon and thanks for the tips/bashing/etc. that helped me better myself. Not that it helped much but was still appreciated.

And Leik, just stop posting. You played that little 2 week game of popping in and out just to screw with people because you're immature and STILL didn't have sea even AFTER you left BotD. Was BotD really holding you back from moving forward or are you just throwing a hissy fit because no one held your little paw and helped your ass get what you want? Just quit already, you're still an lollercopter even after you retired and dumb posts will keep you in that top spot forever.

What makes all of this particularly hilarious, and "Tonelico's" claims even more ludicrous, is that I actually just tried to quit BotD. My reason? When I applied, I had different, and fewer, hours at work, so I could change up my sleep schedule and still make BotD's events. I made a post in the forums detailing my reasons for quitting, and apologizing for my intrusion, and do you wanna know what the vile, authoritarian clique of leadership responded with?

BotD has its own little cliques, but if you had any experience outside of one endgame shell you'd know they all do. BotD runs some events differently than I'd prefer, which I am quick to point out, and which wreaks havoc with my ten-ton ego, but at the same time I'm way too lazy/impatient to lead my own shell, and BotD still kills shit anyway. BotD is imperfect. BotD is not totalitarian when it comes to our two mandatory events: If you're online when we do them, show up.

That said, still lurve Doodles, and want to ass-birth Aleera's man-babies for him so long as he promises to never bring up a Naruto MMO ever again. Also, Nephlite needs to post more. (Just stuff your family into your basement with ten cases of Ramen and a 55-gallon drum of drinking water for a coupla weeks, man, they'll be fine. I do it all the time. @ doodle and aleera sorry didn't mean to sound like a prick I heard the whole story from 3 different people. I originally thought the thread was an anti-botd/anto thread but can see now that isn't the case. I don't harbor ill will towards either of you. Wish you both the best of what you both do in the future.

the whole "beginner shell" comment though is funny. we have 2 members who came from the bigger hnmls on the server.

I know some may believe that the OP on that blog or whatever it is, probably isn't the real Tonelico; but I'd find it hard to believe that someone would have written such an article knowing everything that went on in such detail if it wasn't him. The thing is, Anto, and a few other members of the shell, will take arguments to tell like he did the night we left. From our standpoint, we had belonged to a shell doing abyssea way before Anto created it as an event. We were invited in by friends and decided to do abyssea with them until BotD got back on track with things, as they had skipped doing events for a while because of holidays and maintenances. When BotD finally started doing it on their own we figured we weren't going to abandon friends after just being recently invited to their shell to do Abyssea, which we both felt shouldn't have even been on the sun/wed event rotation to begin with, so we continued to go when they were going and would continue to do sky/sea/whatever with them when they decided to go back to those events. But this was clearly not the case. BotD feels a sense of ownership over you when it comes to mandatory events. I understand what a mandatory event is and how it works, and I'll admit I'm not entirely a huge fan of them, either, but Doodles had requested taking some time off from events with them prior to all this, and was denied by Anto.

So come the night we (Doodles, the shell we are in, and I) are in Abyssea, BotD shows up as well. We're in the middle of getting set up to kill an NM Doodles needed and BotD comes trampling though recklessly, aggroing our NM. They said they didn't need it and wouldn't kill it, but claimed it when they aggroed it. We tried to get one of our members into their alliance to get hate and drop so we could have it claimed, but they ignored us. They noticed Doodles and I were in another shell for Abyssea and decided to kill the NM (which they did miserably btw, as I saw almost their entire alliance wiped by the time they finally killed it). Doodles, naturally, was pissed and tells were exchanged between her and Anto, to which he acted like an asshole to her, forcing her to up and leave the shell. Maybe some people may not see the way he acts in shell, but when it comes to tells, his actions are irrefutably childish. As you could tell from Tone's post, when he tried to apologize to Anto, all he got was "...." "....." "..k. whatever." And apparently holds grudges, too. It says a lot about him as a player, and as a person. And, I'm sorry, I can't be in a shell lead by a guy like him any longer.

I don't want to make it out to seem like the entire shell is a terrible shell, nor do I want to make it seem that I disliked everyone in the shell, either. There were quite a few people in it who were really cool; Rein, Neph and Firefeng included. I wish I could have done more events with you guys while we were in the shell together. I don't want to hold any grudges towards anyone in the shell, either, even against Anto. I'm not the type to. We just disagreed with what happened between us, Doodles and I left, end of story. There's no need for it to continue any further. I just want it to be clear what transpired between us that night and what our cause was for leaving.
