Mnk Spellcast Info on spellcasting mnk

SO basically I am curious as to how everyone is setting up their spellcast and or macros in general. I have in the past done it by just scripts, but I really like how spellcast automatically jumps to my idle gear after a mob is killed. I have thought about doing a half and half system of spellcast+scripting, but I don't think I will. However I have ran into some issues I dislike with spellcast which is surely just user error. I cannot seem to get my spellcast to keep my focus up gear on... It does it sometimes but not always. Add that to fact my footwork is just messed up and I cannot get it to use my footwork set is driving me nuts, Especially when it defaults to my fumas which kills my dmg and makes me manually swap which can be tedious. So basically I am looking for some pro spellcast users to maybe help with a basic template they use. Or even post their whole script. The basic ones on the windower site are simply crap for any mnk who wants to optimize over what a simple macro can do, and I know we have some pretty good mnks with tons of swaps here. So help out the community a bit if you could. I will add what I can as questions come up, but overall it would be nice for me, and others who are new, to come and see how most are setting up to play. Thanks!

Btw lets keep this mnk based only... since it is well.. the mnk forums lol.

Oh I forgot one thing too. I know for mages they can change their Engaged set so to speak (or nuking set idk) to be either high skill/ high int/ MAB set etc depending on resist rate. So basically a progression of tier needed to be hit to floor resist. I was thinking for mnk it would be cool to have some way to do this for soloing and such. Is there a way to make spellcast change base set? Something for say eva set when im soloing, or -pdt when im tanking certain mobs, that kind of jazz?
