Ok, so I tried searching for topics to find information on this, and even searched the internet before I tried posting it on here because I didn't want to seem like a dumbass, but anyway.

I looked up the requirements to get the Teleport Altep quest and all it said was Level 4 Selbina/Rabao fame. So since I already did the quests on my main character and sold Altep and Yhoat, I was just going to up my brother's character's fame to do the quests and give me the scrolls because I won't level White Mage past 37 if I don't have the spells. And each scroll is about 300k on Ramuh.

Anyway, I started doing La Theine Cabbage and Moss runs to that guy in Selbina. I took my brother's level 23 character to Rabao, and checked my fame. According to FFXIwiki, what the fame NPC said meant I had level 4 fame. But I when I tried to trigger the quest, it didn't work. So there must be some other requirement I'm missing or maybe just another stack of Moss woould do the trick? I didn't want to waste money though if there were other requirements.

My brother's character is new, so his highest level is a 23 Warrior. Rank 1 Windurst. Don't know what else I need.

There may be a level requirement. SE added them to scroll quests a while back because of the RMT, though I recall that they were not particularly high. If another stack of Moss doesn't do the trick, I'd try getting to 25 or 30.

Ah, that makes sense. It's been two years since I've played so I don't know all the shit they've done since then. RMT even send me advertising /tells now. Thanks bro, I'll give that a try
